- Support the implementation of more energy efficient equipment/product designs in order to constantly improve and reduce our energy needs and minimise the impact of our products on the environment.
- Evaluate and manage the HSEE aspects and risks and opportunities of our processes, equipment, and services and minimize our impact overall.
- Ensure that all our processes meet or exceed legal requirements and other obligations for Health and Safety, Environment and Energy.
- Encourage employee and where existing, workers’ representatives’ participation in the development and improvement of the HSEE Management system.
- Ensure that all employees have the required knowledge, skills, and competence to achieve the objectives and targets set.
- Operating our business in an environmentally sustainable way by:
- Addressing climate change and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, ultimately to net zero, including prevention of pollution and other specific commitments relevant to the context of the organization
- Reduce our water consumption
- Reduce the amount of waste generated and diverting waste from landfill.
